Our
philosophy

Restaurante Tosca was born in Javea on June 13th of 2006 with the clear objective of occupying a preferential place in the minds of its customers.

Located in the Arenal area and opposite the Parador, we have a terrace that borders the canal of the marina “Marina Nou Fontana” from which you can enjoy privileged views of the Bay of this small town on the Costa Blanca.

It is in May 2019, when its employees, Ferrán Ayora and Julien Buyle, decided to take Tosca’s direction and turn the premises towards a seasonal menu, with local products, supporting small local producers.

With French-Belgian roots cuisine, adapted to the Mediterranean, our chef Julien offers creative, sensible gastronomy and harmonies between products, which together with the philosophy of close, professional and attentive attention to the smallest detail towards the client, makes us feel proud to keep a special mention in the Michelin guide.

With suggestive and recommendable dishes, the roasted sea bass with wild fennel deserves a special mention and for lovers of red meat the Chateaubriand, both in salt crust and highly recognized among customers.

We have an air-conditioned cellar and a careful wine list, with more than 100 national and international references, advised by Ferrán, a qualified sommelier.

In 2020 we made the decision to give the restaurant more personal and Mediterranean-like airs, combining noble materials such as wood, Tosca (native stone), esparto grass, natural linen fabrics and softer colors, which make the interior and the terrace a cozy stay, giving diners a feeling of tranquility and well-being.

So, service, treatment and product are its guidelines, which make this restaurant a different place and to take into account on your next visit.
