THE MENUS
After years of establishing itself as a leading name in Xàbia’s culinary scene, Restaurante Tosca reopens its doors with a completely revamped menu. Its evolution preserves the essence of signature cuisine with Franco-Belgian roots adapted to the Mediterranean, offering an experience based on tasting menus that change with the seasons and market-fresh ingredients.
Located just a short walk from Arenal Beach, our menu features signature dishes such as grilled sea bass with wild fennel and Chateaubriand in a salt crust, both available on our exclusive Luna Menu.
OUR WINERY AND WINE PAIRING IN JÁVEA
Each of our tasting menus can be paired with an exclusive wine pairing, featuring selections chosen by our certified sommelier, Ferrán Ayora, to enhance the flavors of our signature cuisine. In addition, you can choose your own wine from a carefully curated wine list featuring more than 80 domestic and international wines.

" PHILOSOPHY
Tosca Restaurant was born in Javea on June 13, 2006 with the clear objective of occupying a preferential place in the minds of its customers.
Located in the Arenal area and in front of the Parador, we have a terrace that borders the canal of the marina “Marina Nou Fontana” from which you can enjoy privileged views of the bay of this small town on the Costa Blanca.
It is in May 2019, when its employees, Ferran Ayora and Julien Buyle, we decided to take the direction of Tosca and give a twist to the local towards a seasonal menu, with products of proximity, supporting small local producers.
With a cuisine adapted to the Mediterranean, our chef Julien with his kitchen team offers a creative, sensible and harmonious gastronomy between products, which together with the philosophy of close, professional and attentive to the smallest detail to the customer, led by Ferran and his staff makes us proud to maintain a special mention in the Michelin guide.
With suggestive and recommendable dishes, the roasted sea bass with wild fennel deserves a special mention, and for red meat lovers the Chateaubriand, both in salt crust and very well known among customers.
