Our
Philosophy

Tosca Restaurant was born in Javea on June 13, 2006 with the clear objective of occupying a preferential place in the minds of its customers.

Located in the Arenal area and in front of the Parador, we have a terrace that borders the channel of the marina “Marina Nou Fontana” from which you can enjoy privileged views of the bay of this small town on the Costa Blanca.

It is in May 2019, when its employees, Ferran Ayora and Julien Buyle, we decided to take the direction of Tosca and give a twist to the local towards a seasonal menu, with products of proximity, supporting small local producers.

With French-Belgian roots, adapted to the Mediterranean, our chef Julien, offers a creative cuisine, sensible and harmonious between products, which together with the philosophy of close, professional and attentive to the smallest detail to the customer, makes us proud to maintain a special mention in the Michelin guide.

With suggestive and recommendable dishes, the roasted sea bass with wild fennel deserves a special mention, and for red meat lovers the Chateaubriand, both in salt crust and very well known among customers.

We have an air-conditioned wine cellar and a carefully selected wine list, with more than 100 national and international references, advised by Ferrán, a qualified sommelier.

In 2020 we decided to give the restaurant a more personal and Mediterranean touch, combining noble materials such as wood, Tosca (local stone), esparto grass, natural linen fabrics and softer colors, which make the interior and the terrace a cozy place, giving the diner a sense of tranquility and well-being.

Thus, service, treatment and product are its guidelines, which make this restaurant a different place to take into account in your next visit.
